Hello there! I am a recent transient to Lexington, KY, and very happy to be here! Most of my training and certifications were completed at School of Body Therapies, in Pennsylvania, where I'm from. I pride myself on my education (I received valedictorian of my Deep Tissue/Anatomy training) and my professionalism.  I am kind, caring, and relentless when it comes to my work.  I truly value the work that I do, and look forward to it each day.  Nothing beats seeing a client smile at the end of a session!

I develop relationships with clients through trust and communication.  No bodily complaint goes unattended.  If I come across a new ailment or pain, I'll research it so that i use the best possible techniques and approach.  I also educate my clients as to possible causes of their pain, and teach them to be more mindful in their postures and movements so that they may heal and continue to stay pain free.
